Amazfit's Zepp Z Launching a New Smartwatch on November 17
Amazfit's Zepp Z Launching a New Smartwatch on November 17. Given its strong presence in the budget segment, Amazfit was a successful wearable devices brand, particularly in the smartwatch field. The business is now planning to launch a new Amazfit’s Zepp new Z-series smartwatch.

A company-shared new teaser poster reveals that a new Z-series smartwatch under the Zepp brand will be unveiled on November 17. From the teaser, the unit appears to have a classic style and circular dial.

The unit also seems to have a metal body with a leather harness. The right side of the watch also has two buttons, however, we expect at least one more, that is not visible throughout the teaser image.

Earlier, the company released the Zepp E smartwatch on the market sold in two versions  one with a square-shaped dial and one with a circular dial. This has a 3D curved bezel-less design and provides an always-on monitor with monitoring features for health and fitness.

For such unaware, Amazfit's parent company Huami purchased California-based Zepp in 2018 and rebranded the Amazfit app to Zepp earlier this year. Keeping the Amazfit brand for the smart wearable hardware device is expected, while Zepp will be a forum for managing personal well-being.

It's not clear that if there will be a rectangle smartwatch in the Zepp Z series, we'll find out in two weeks. The event will stream online, possibly on the official Zepp YouTube channel.
